He's 5'10 and a little over 200lbs. He loves it. I'm 5' and 100lbs. I apparently don't have enough back-fat to enjoy it much. Averaging our scores, this chair gets 4 stars. FUNCTIONALITY:
Both the chair and ottoman are pretty basic and simple. There is one set of rollers that's in a fairly limited area on the back of the chair. The ottoman has compressors on the sides and roller things on the bottom. Neither has great ranges of motion or fancy settings. The ottoman does one thing over and over again. The chair has three types of massage (compression, kneading, and percussion) and can do upper, lower, or full body. There's a program that cycles through all types as well as manual adjustments. After a tough day of work, my husband would be in the chair before doing anything else (including saying hello to me) and it would always relieve his tension and soreness. I think during those times, he would've chosen the chair over me if he had to choose. He absolutely loves the massage he gets. Every once in awhile, I'd try the chair in the hopes that I would grow to like it. But I would always find it painful, like getting a massage from an incompetent masseuse. It's still a massage, but it's not great Kneading and compression are tolerable, but the percussion is pretty rough on my ribcage. QUALITY:
The original chair that came was broken. The rollers didn't go up and down on their own for the pre-programmed massages. That was really disappointing. The replacement we got has worked for the last three years, however with no issues and my husband used it pretty frequently. During his harder rotations, he'd sit in the chair for hours every day. It still seems pretty new and functions well. It's also survived one move without a problem. SERVICE (note, this was 3 years ago):
We called the customer service line as soon as we noticed the issue with the chair. They walked us through some steps, pushing this button and that button and asked us what happened. They quickly diagnosed the issue and said they would send a completely new massaging mechanism at no cost. I had been dreading dealing with the issue, but it was totally painless. The new piece came in a few days. It wasn't hard to change the mechanism, though I admit my husband did it. They never asked us to send the old massaging mechanism back so we kept it, figuring we'd put it back if the chair ever broke again (some massage is better than no massage). After three years, we never had any problems so we recently threw the old piece out. STYLE:
It's not very attractive and doesn't match anything else we have, but I got it on sale at Linen's n Things before it went out of business so I can't complain. The look is the only thing my husband doesn't like about this chair. It doesn't take up a lot of room though.

Barbies have been around for centuries and it defined the style, fashion and look of the year it was made. Like people and culture, it is also evolving, showing the current fad and the current way of thinking of that generation. Barbies dolls tell history in its own right, even having dolls that commemorate special events in history like the end of the US-Soviet Union Cold War and the Olympic Games.
